In pasture. D-shaped area, defined on SE side by field fence and on NW side by roughly semicircular arc of low bank (H c. 0.8m); enclosed area undulating, rising to crown of low knoll along field fence; two pine trees stand on SW side. Located on W edge of Mount Rivers demesne and clearly visible from house (9674); probably an estate feature.
