In pasture, on SSE-facing slope. Roughly circular area (29m E-W; 27m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (max. H 1.6m) S->E. Bank replaced by dry stone wall for short sections to W and ENE. Gap (Wth 2.2m) to SW. Standing stone (6866) in same field to NE.
