What is recorded here

On terrace of E-facing slope of Foherish River valley. Axial stone and radially-set entrance stones survive; W entrance stone broken, stump in situ. Internal measurement along main axis, aligned NNE-SSW, is c. 2.3m. Prostrate slab (2.7m x 0.9m x 0.6m) 4.5m to WNW may be fallen standing stone. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
