One of three ogham stones (CO058-039005-, CO058-039006-) flanking a low cairn which marks a penitential station (CO058-039002-). According to tradition there were once four ogham stones here. Located on the ESE side of the cairn, this is an upright stone with packing stones at the base (H 1.1m; 0.25m x 0.16m). The inscription runs up one edge and down another. Macalister (1945, 129, no. 131) gave the inscription as LITUBIRI MAQI QECIA. O'Kelly (1952, 38, n24) confirms the initial name but records that the rest is faint. (Power et al. 1997, no. 7987)
