Front of 4 bays (long axis N-S); off-centre doorway to left; hipped-roof of thatch. Off-centre brick chimney to right. Off-centre doorway to left. Only surviving dwelling of Ballyre settlement cluster shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Occupied. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
