In tillage, c. 50m S of a stream. A barely perceptible mound (18m E-W; 10m N-S) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil, immediately E of a waterlogged area. Two possible burnt mounds (CO053-091001-, CO053-091002-) lie c. 10m to the NW and c. 20m to the N, respectively. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
