In pasture, on E-facing slope. Circular area (30m N-S; c. 30m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H 2.2m); external fosse (D 0.8m) SSW->W. Gap (Wth 5m) in bank to E. Depression in bank, to S of entrance, defined by two parallel linear banks (max. L 8m) 8.5m apart which extend into field at right angles to bank; possible remains of limekiln. Interior slopes gently down to E.
