In tillage, on E-facing slope. Roughly circular area (30m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by earthen bank (H 2.2m). Entrance (Wth 5m) to SSE; gaps in bank to N, WSW and NNW. Interior under long grass; surrounding field ploughed up to base of bank. Aerial photograph shows bank partially levelled (CASAP, September 1991).
