In pasture, on gentle E-facing slope, overlooking River Martin. Circula area (35m N-S; 33m E-W) defined by two earthen banks (inner bank: int. H 2.5m; outer bank: ext. H 0.8m) with intervening fosse. Gaps in banks to N and ESE; entrance (Wth 6m) to E, blocked by overgrowth. Intervening fosse heavily overgrown in parts; waterlogged to ESE. Interior planted with coniferous trees.
