In rough grazing, with steep-sided gorge (Glountanenagun), to S overlooking Shournagh River to N. Circular area (diam. 24.2m) defined by earthen stone-faced bank (int. H 1.2m); external fosse (max. D 1.4m) on W side. Possible souterrain (CO050-074002-) in interior. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
