In rough grazing land. Hachured as circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on 1842, 1904 and 1940 OS 6-inch maps. Hartnett (1939, 189) described ringfort as heavily overgrown (diam. 68ft) with a drain cut through it. According to local information levelled c. 1978; kink in field fence to W indicates former existence of site.
