Broker (1937, 23) recorded 'an earth-fast dolmen' in the boundary fence between James Kelliher's and Batt Moynihan's land, noting that the field boundary had only been recently built around it. The monument was described as consisting of a top stone weighing '4 or 5 tons' [c. 4000-5000kg] and had five or six supporting stones which were used as wedges to keep one side of the top above the ground (ibid.). Despite local enquiries and an extensive search this possible boulder burial remains unlocated. This may be one of the three unlocated boulder-burials (6501, vol. 3) in Mushera townland, which shares Lackdotia's SE boundary.
