In rough grazing, on hillside and immediately S of coniferous plantation. U-shaped setting of low stones (L 5m; Wth 4m) protruding from bog; open at E side. Adjacent to and outside N 'arm' of stones is roughly oval mound of burnt material (H 0.8m). Stones may have formed internal revetment for mound, only part of which now remains. According to local information, some mound material was removed when forestry fire-break was dug.
