In pasture, on NE-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1842, 1904 and 1938 OS 6-inch maps. According to landowner, levelled c. 1984. No visible surface trace; break in slope indicates position of site. Broker (1937, 45) records '3 forts, average size, all with double fence' on this farm. Levelled ringfort (8156) in adjoining field to NW; standing stone (6650) once stood c. 100m to E.
