In pasture, on WNW-facing slope. Depicted on 1842 OS 6-inch map as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m); on 1904 and 1936 OS 6-inch maps bank survives NE->W, incorporated into field fence system. Circular area (37m NNE-SSW) defined by earthen bank (H 2m) SSE->W, with shallow external fosse (Wth4m); low scarp W->NE; low undulation of earth and small stones NE->SSE marks line of recently levelled bank. Souterrain (8890) in interior.
