In pasture, at bend of stream and above steep-sided glen. Circular area (35m NE-SW; 32.5m NNW-SSE) enclosed by two earthen banks NE->SSW (inner bank: int. H 0.4m; middle bank: int. H 1.2m to base of fosse) with intervening fosse; three earthen banks SSW->NE (outer bank: H 0.9m) with intervening fosses. Banks WSW->NE terraced down steep slope into glen, with low inner heights. Middle bank incorporated into boundary system ESE->WSW; banks broken through to WSW by field boundary. Interior slopes down to NW.
