In level pasture, at base of Bailocke Mountain, on S side of farmyard. Circular area (diam. c. 28m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.9m; ext. H 1.1m); external fosse (D 1.6m) to S and W. Top half of inner face of N bank stone-faced. Drain cutting through N half of interior disturbs bank to NE and W. Fosse skirted by low field boundary to S; substantial earthen bank edging laneway SW to NNW; farmyard to N and NE. Interior heavily overgrown with trees and briars; souterrain (CO041-01202-) in W half. Recorded by Bowman (1934, 573) as double-ramparted fort, with half of outer circuit levelled.
