In pasture, on E-facing slope, overlooking the Ivale River. Roughly circular area (32.5m N-S; 29m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.1m)with external fosse (D 1.5m). Bank heavily overgrown; lowest on E side; gap (Wth 1.3m) to SW with causeway. Interior slopes down to E; possible souterrain (9046) in S half.
