In pasture, on NE-facing slope. Circular area (36m N-S) defined by earthen bank (H 1m), with shallow external fosse. Bank heavily overgrown. Interior saucer-shaped; surface uneven. Low undulation probably indicates former existence of outer bank; supported by hachures depicting second bank, forshort section to S, on 1937 OS 6-inch map.
