In S half of ringfort (CO040-02701-). Ringfort and souterrain destroyed by quarrying in 1960s. According to local information, souterrain 'ran the length of the sand pit and had a cone-shaped bee-hive construction in the centre of it'. Fragment of stone-built entry passage, roofed with lintels, which appeared to give access to a chamber, was inspected by M.J. O'Kelly and E. Shee (1968, 46-7); subsequently completely destroyed.
