Shown on 1904 OS 6-inch map as three stones set triangularly, standing c. 40m to N of possible standing stones (6588). In high cutaway bog to S of Musheramore Mountain. Removed; no visible surface trace. May be stones recorded by Broker (1937, 23) on Tim Kelliher's land, atop mountain and consisting of 'two standing stones 3 or 4ft high and 8ft girth' with 'flag lying between them, 4ft wide and 6ft long'; 'Donal Damanta was buried here'; 'stones removed by Matthew Twomey to make gullet under the road'. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
