In pasture, on N-facing slope. Depicted as hachured arc S->W on 1904 and 1936 OS 6-inch maps, with portion of SE quadrant indicated in field boundary system; N part of site truncated by road extending ENE-WSW. Arc formed by rubble on line of original bank survives S->W, with external fosse and second worn earthen bank. Fosse filled with slurry. Outer bank removed to SSW to allow for run off of slurry. Inner earthen bank (int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1m) with external fosse (D 0.5m) incorporated into field fence on N side of road. Interior covered by farm buildings and roadway. Souterrain (CO039-00102-) in external face of inner N bank. Limekiln on outer W bank (CO039-00103-).
