In rough pasture, at E end of ridge. Roughly circular area (37m N-S; 33.6m E-W) enclosed by two earthen banks (inner bank: int. H 1.18m, ext. H 1.65m; outer bank: ext. H 1.65m) and intervening fosse (D 1.05m). Causewayed entrance (Wth 3.2m) to S; causeway across fosse faced on both sides with concrete blocks. Interior once used as vegetable garden; souterrain (CO038-02402-) in SW quadrant.
