In level pasture, which falls away gently to N and NE. Circular area (32.5m N-S; 32.5m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.75m); second earthen bank (H 0.6m) survives W->NE, with intervening waterlogged fosse. Break in inner bank NE->E; incorporated into field fence system E->SSW, with laneway to outside; gap (Wth 3.3m) to SSW. Interior surface uneven; souterrain in NW quadrant; lean-to shed built against W bank.
