In tillage. Roughly circular spread of dark brown soil (6m NE-SW; 5m NW-SE); material not consistent with fulacht fiadh. Similar spreads (14671, 14672) c. 40m and c. 100m to ESE respectively. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
