In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope, immediately to S of E-W field boundary. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure on 1842 and 1935 OS 6-inch maps; as hachured circular raised area on 1905 OS 6-inch map. Circular area (31.5m N-S) enclosed by fosse (D 1.1m). Interior slopes down gently to S; raised 0.75m on S side to compensate for hillslope. Edge of interior and fosse heavily overgrown.
