In ringfort (CO032-11401-). Depression (L 1.6m; Wth 1m; D 0.4m) between centre of interior and gap to NNW. Bowman (1934, 599) recorded two souterrains in this fort (see CO032-11403-) which 'could easily be opened'. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
