In pasture, on E-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure on 1842 OS 6-inch map; arc formed by hachured field boundary survives SW->NE on 1905 and 1936 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; slightly raised, circular area (45.5m E-W; 42.5m N-S) defined by scarp NNE->NW, with slight external depression WSW->NW. Interior raised on E side to compensate for hillslope.
