In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular area (31m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1m); shallow external fosse to W (D 0.3m). Gap (Wth 1m) in bank to W, with slope down to outside. Remains of stone facing noted on outer face of bank to WNW. Laneway skirts bank on N side. Interior appears to be raised; surface rough and partially overgrown with hawthorn bushes.
