In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope. Depicted as hachured roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 23m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; indicated as small circular field defined by seven straight sides on 1904 and 1937 OS 6-inch maps. Site heavily overgrown and inaccessible, except bank (ext. H 1.2m) to S and W; modern drain (D 0.8m) cut along its base. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
