To N of Knocknagree fair green. Cruciform church (long axis E-W), transepts on E side; early-19th-century in appearance. Pointed window opes throughout; bellcote atop W gable. One-storey gabled sacristy to E, large modern porch entrance on S transept. A-framed roof; wooden galleries in transepts and W end of nave. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
