What is recorded here

In marshy field, c. 20m E of Athnaloingebaine River. Horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (L 12.5m; Wth 8.7m; H 0.8m); opening (Wth 5.4m) faces NW. Recorded by Bowman (1934, 510). Second fulacht fiadh (11715) c. 200m to NE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
