Cropmark of two concentric fosses of circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) visible in aerial photograph (CASAP, July 1989); entrance to SE; two possible annexes or fields externally along S side. Along E side outer fosse overlaps slightly with fosse of adjacent enclosure (13719). Possible ringforts (12939, 12940) also in same field. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
