Marked on 1842 OS 6-inch map as circle of 4 stones (one fallen) and named 'Gallauns'. One stone marked on 1906 and 1934 OS 6-inch maps. In pasture, on crest of hillock. Stone (H 1.35m; 0.7m x 0.42m) is subrectangular in plan and shape; packing stones exposed at base; long axis NE-SW.
