In tillage, on N-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m) on 1842, 1906 and 1934 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled; roughly circular area (30m E-W; 28m N-S) left untouched in ploughed field. Circular enclosure visible as cropmark of bank in aerial photograph (GSIAP, R714), immediately to E of field boundary.
