In tillage, above gentle S-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure on 1842 OS 6-inch map, with small hachured circular feature at centre of interior and enclosure bisected off centre of E by N-S field boundary; as hachured semicircular arc (S->N) abutting W-side of N-S field boundary. Levelled; slight rise visible at W side of field fence.
