In level pasture. Circular raised area (16m E-W; 15.5m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (ext. H 0.5m); shallow external fosse, surviving best NW->NE (D 0.3m). Gentle gradient of inner face of bank gives saucer-shaped profile to interior.
