In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope. Depicted as hachured semicircular arc W->E, abutting N side of E-W field boundary on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; roughly circular area (27m E-W; c. 33m N-S) bisected off centre to S by field boundary; interior defined on N side by scarp (H 0.04m) and on S side by barely preceptable scarp. According to local information, levelled c. 1900.
