In tillage, on gentle W-facing slope. Circular area (38.5m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.3m; ext. H 1.6m); shallow external fosse NNE->SE. Break in bank to N (Wth 3.5m), S (Wth 3.2m) and SSW (Wth 3m). Internal, flat-bottomed fosse (D 0.6m) noted to N, S and SE; with possible remains of inner bank to N, as gentle slope down to interior. Interior heavily overgrown with bushes; slopes down to S.
