In level pasture. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; as hachured circular depression (diam. c. 25m) on 1937 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; no visible surface trace. According to local information, when silage grass is cut, circular slightly raised platform (diam. c. 20m) visible and fine, orange coloured soil exposed on ploughing. Fosse visible as cropmark in aerial photograph (CASAP, July 1989).
