In tillage, atop ridge. Depicted as hachured roughly triangular enclosure (max. L 130m N-S; max. Wth at S end: 80m E-W) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; marked 'site of' on 1905 and 1937 OS 6-inch maps. Triangular area defined on W and E sides by shallow fosse; no visible surface trace of enclosing element on S side. Large natural-looking circular depression at centre of interior; depression overgrown, with tree trunks dumped against its perimeter. Earthwork (13826) and standing stone (9904) in adjoining field to W.
