Road bridge (Wth 6.06m; long axis E-W) over River Dalua, to W of Newmarket. Single segmental arch (span c. 10m) with roughly dressed voussoirs; string course above arch. Base of piers of ashlar limestone. Vertical stone coping atop parapet wall. Bridge of early-19th-century appearance. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
