In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular area (26.3m N-S; 26.3m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.7m); shallow external fosse (D 0.3m). Entrance (Wth 4m) to ESE; no fosse survives here; field boundary adjoins bank at N side of entrance. Interior raised on S side to compensate for hillslope.
