Built against natural slope on W bank of Dalua River; Anne's Bridge (14831) to E. Front elevation (H 5m; Wth 5.4m) facing E, retains earthen core; arched recess (H 2m; Wth 2.15m; D 2.35m), sloping slabs at rear with lintelled ope at base. Brick-lined funnel (diam. 1.6m). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
