In W half of possible early ecclesiastical enclosure (13903), c. 80m N of road. D-shaped graveyard (straight side c. 60m NNW-SSE; projecting c. 45m to WSW); entrance gate on S side. South of centre is site of parish church of Kilphelan (14437). Broken conglomerate millstone just outside and to E of gate.
