Discovered in 1977 during tillage operations. Removal of large flagstone (Th 0.26m) revealed rectangular cist (c. 0.8m E-W; 0.5m N-S) consisting of four upright slabs (max. D 0.74m), floored by small flat stones (UCC). Cist set into subrectangular pit (c. 1.48m E-W; c. 1.02m N-S) with stony fill. Large quantity of cremated bone contained in cist derived from four individuals (The Corkman 29/4/77).
