In flat park land; within Deer Park of Doneraile demesne; in NW quadrant and adjoining NW side of large circular tree ring. Circular area (46m E-W; 42m N-S) defined by low rise (ext. H 0.36m); external fosse (D 0.24m); internal fosse (D 0.3m) SSE->N. Ridge forming arc and adjoining E bank cuts off sector of interior. Tree ring truncates fosse to NW. Inner fosse and internal partition may be later landscape features. Some large mature oak trees in interior.
