In pasture, on gentle E-facing slope. Oval raised area (32m N-S; 23.5m E-W) defined by earthen bank (int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.6m) SSE->NNE with external fosse (D 0.35m); scarp elsewhere. Interior bisected c. NNW-SSE by stone-faced earthen field boundary. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
