In pasture, c. 80m N of stream and to S of spring. Kidney-shaped mound of burnt material (17m NE-SW; 15m NW-SE; H 0.5m) on E side of and slightly truncated by field fence; opening (min. Wth 1.5m) faces WSW and is disturbed by drain parallel to field fence. Second fulacht fiadh (11191) c. 120m to NNW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
