In pasture. Grass-covered spread of burnt material (28m N-S; 28m E-W). According to local information, high mound, possibly horseshoe-shaped, levelled c. 1975. Second fulacht fiadh (10492) c. 40m to NW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
